I’ve been on quite a journey over the last year and a half. As a writer, I found it difficult to put written words to all that I was learning and contemplating on the topic of racism and anti-racist work, so I decided to start a podcast to process through it all. In 2018, I started the Ooh, She’s Speaking podcast, and within 6 months, I moved into a conversation format with people all over the U.S. With the new format, came a new identity.
